Wht an outstanding idea. If you would like to e-mail me your e-mail address, I will add you to my group mailing list and e-mail you recipes and whatever else I come up with that is in an electronic format. For starters, try these: NO BAKE COOKIES-VERY LOW SUGAR Boil Together for 3 Minutes. 1/2 C Splenda Brown Sugar 11/2 C Splenda (No Sugar Added) 1 Stick Butter ½ C Milk 3 T Cocoa Add To Liquid Mixture: ½ C Peanut Butter 1 t Vanilla Add: 3 Cups Old Fashion Oatmeal (I add ½ to one cup at a time to be sure it doesn't get too thick) Drop By Tablespoonfuls Onto Waxed Paper Allow To Cool (I Like Best When Refrigerated) Thanks again for the idea!
