psyc eval

I received a copy of my psyc. Eval. In the mail today. He said I have a very good outlook,but at the same time realistic about it too. At the end of the letter he wrote "clearance from psychiatric evaluation for surgical consultation". Now it's a matter of Dr. Scott's office receiving it. They said it would take 2-3 days longer for them to receive their letter. I am getting so impatient. All's I have left is my 8-hr. Class. Unless they want more tests done. Amy said they would have to wait and see. I just want to scream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thxs for listening

i know how it is when you are waiting for a surgery date and then waiting for the date to get here . it seems we have to take lessons in patience doesnt it. All in Gods timeing , I know i know it will get here hang in there. Jan

I know what you are talking about, I am waiting also, I saw dr. Hornbostel wed. they are gonna call me and set up my appointment, I already sent my psyc eval. and also 2 drs. letters, so now hurry up and wait...lol hang in there ....vesta

Look on the bright side - at least he didn't determine you are crazy I have my psyc eval on Monday and I'm wondering if I should practice, tee hee. I mean - what are they evaluating really - that maybe you shouldn't be approved for the surgery that really deep down you want to be fat - I know I'm being sarcastic, but I think it is really another hoop just to make sure that we are serious and know what we are getting into. Maybe we can look at the waiting as a blessing - the longer we want something the more we will appreciate it ??? On the other hand they could just want my $180 bucks, they keep reminding me to bring that with me
