protein drinks

I know how to get the picture in the album, but I can not get it to go in my profile. to put it in my album just go to enter my picture, and have a picture on your hard drive like in your documents or pictures, when you first start it will have a brouse just click on that and it will show you where your picture is just click on the picture, and it will go to your album but not to the profile pic.......hope this helps s little maybe someone can help us with the profile.......vesta

The best protein drink I have found is liquid protein from GNC. After surgery, I could not stand the protein powders. Everything I tried gagged me and I hated the smell. However, the GNC liquid protein is a fruit punch flavor and I put it in 16 oz of Crystal Light. It is great. I double it to six T for 36 grams of protein. I drink it over about a 2 hour period. I also like it because it's readily accessible at GNC. Teresa
