I read daily, post sometimes. Well Ok, not all the time. For reasons that many understand. Just don't get me started right? Claudette smack me *evil grin*..... My two year surgi-versary was last month. I'm waaaay past my surgeon's goal. Past my personal goal I set and THIS close to my revised goal ( I know I know...I'm a lady and we DO change our minds) I have lost 93% of my ENTIRE EXCESS WEIGHT. So I guess you could say I'm a success??? *s* I am going to do my darndest to get to the meeting on Monday ( I CANNOT WAIT!!!) ohmygosh I'm so excited. MIKE IS TOO... woooofreakinhoo!!!! THIS IS GOING TO BE SO INCREDIBLY COOL!.... Lots going on in our lives... busy for sure.... Keep on keeping on folks. Remember to always try your best no matter what.... also remember that we are here to help one another and to be kind and considerate in all that we do. This is a lesson that really needs to be taken to heart by several folks. Of course there are several that live this every day though! SMOOCHES TO YOU THAT DO!!!!! *muah* Pixielf~* a.k.a. the lurker

Jan.... Thank you. I have worked very hard at this. I sat down the eve before my surgery and I thought about how my life might be in the future. Would I loose the weight. Would I be successful. I couldn't even grasp the notion or wrap my head around the idea of being even under 250 lbs. That number, however large it was, was so unatainble to me. I knew that I would do everything that I could to try to become a success. I had fought and fought to have the chance to have this surgery. Years of fighting. I wasn't going to let the opportunity go by the wayside. So here I sit. 93% of my total excess weight gone. By most surgeons standards they say that you are termed a success if you loose 60-70% of your EXCESS weight. I'm just shy of 100%. That is pretty mindblowing. I have no doubt in my mind that if I were able to achieve PS that I would loose another 5lbs at least, possibly 10 lbs. So in theory I imagine that I am already "at" my revised goal. But then again we fight those digits on the scale. I always will fight them. I will always be vigilant. I have to. Thank you for the kind thoughts and looking forward to seeing you on Monday. Hi Pixielf!!! I was hoping you still planned to come! I sure hope it works out for you!!! Sounds like you are still doing FANSASTIC with you WLS goals and that's great to hear! I'm sure you are an inspiration to MANY!!! And I have to say, I think there'll be no "smacking" going on here.....just hugs and high-fives!! Well an occasional "spankin'" isn't so bad, but you said "smack"??? Want a spanking? I'm good at that! Ok enough here! See you MONDAY!! Have a Grrrrrrreat weekend!!! Tami

You are SO bad you gumball..... What would we do without you my dear? Life would be inredibly dull , boring and all around not so fun... glad you are who you are. Thank you for the kind words... they do mean alot. For the most part I have not had support (as in groups). It has just been my darling DH and Ms. Boopster. I know that I have stepped on some toes along the way with my gungho mentality but I can say one thing. I have NEVER set out to slight someone or hurt them. I only seek to motivate and inspire. I guess I need to dust off my POMPOMS and get the Cissboombah oiled... I'm ornery ya' know. Gotta watch me. If I come to 3 meetings I will turn into a GREMLIN and my head will start spinning!!!! Ok ok.... stopping now.... gotta get some laundry started anywho.... Pixielf~
