my first appointment

I had my appointment with dr. Hornbostel yesterday, It went good I think he is a wonderful doctor and a good person, he went over everything with me and my husband.he has a beautiful office very comfortable, so I am waiting now for a call to set up everything, he said it would probably be during the hollidays and first of Jan. I said the sooner the better. just wondering how long it will be until I get a call. brrrrr it was so cold up there yesterday in sedalia, I new it was suppose to be 70s here and I went without a coat and I thought I was gonna freeze, that will teach me..lol love ya all and God Bless vesta

are you on medicare? if so it will probably take about 2 weeks to get the call for your surgery date and all. I am glad you like him he is a great surgeon. I think. Yes he does have a nice office and chairs that are big enough to sit in . LOL I bet you did almost freeze. this time of year need to keep a jacket in the back seat at all times. never know how the weather will change . look at what it did here yesterday. weird. Jan

Hey Vesta, The wait can be tough but soon you'll be 2 yrs post-op and will wonder how you got there! Time will fly by! Congrats on being nearly there! Tami
