Moms cancer surgery today

When it rains it poors! my moms dad just died and mom had to go to a surgeon the day after he died because she has a bad gal stone so he did a thoural exam starting at her breast . he felt a lump and did a biopsey , this was tuesday so friday we went back for the resalts and it was breast cancer.. she went to faitville arkansas yesterday for a MRI.. and that dr said it has no legs and didnt see anything in the limpnodes and looked like stage 1 cancer ,, but we wont know anything till after today when they take out the cancer its 1 and a half inch in size in the right outter boob, so i will be at the st johns hopital in joplin at the sugery waiting till around 2 pm then she sould get her room,, the dr is also taking samples of her limpnoids and sending the cancer for biopsy so we will know what true stage it is and make sure it didnt spread and how long to be on kemo so please keep mom in your prayers her name is carol watkins. her surgery starts at 10:30 today.. thanks you all alot love yas love benny

Benny im so sorry about your mom and all she is going thru. I know that breast cancer is an easy one to cure now days if it is caught in time. Lets pray that it was in the stage 1 and that they get it all. We all love you and hope the best for you and your mother. Will be praying for her. Jan
