Beautiful Sunday Morning. Praise our Lord and Sing to His Glory. We have so many things to be thankful for. I know so many of you suffer from pain of the heart and from emotions but there is still things to praise God for. I find things daily even hourly that I can praise Him for. I guess some of you arent Christians but hopefully it is ok with you if I pray for all of you anyway. Claudette: The Church retreat sounds wonderful. Hey I use to live in Willard , well lived and worked there both. I was the manager of the Bristol Manor Residential Care facility for the elderly for about 4 years. We lived there from 95 to 99. The knee shots are being given to me by Dr. McClain an orthopod specialist . He use to be the head of the trauma unit at St Johns when my husband Joe had his serious accident in 99. But has his own practice now with some other ortho guys. The shots hurt but not as bad as my normal knee pain and we are hoping they help with that. Debbie: so very glad that David is doing well .I understand about putting yourself on the back burner when you have an ill husband. I think that may be how a lot of us got to where we are now., is by putting ourselves on the back burner too many times. Hope you find a psych to do your eval soon. Melissa. Hey bring all those rocks this way then we wont have to go out looking for them to make pathway out of. Lol I too am still sore from my working out and working in the yard etc. Did a really hard day of it the other day and for the past 2 days im still sore. My greenhouse still isn't built so I guess I will get all the plants ready to go into the trailer till it is done. Sherr: hope you made it home ok. No problems and let us know ok? You are probably still asleep now . I think about you going up there all by yourself and driving home all by yourself and wonder if I would have been able to do all of that. Im proud of you. You go girl. Barbara: I just cant figure out how to get that much food down and then to be able to get protein shakes in too. Do you use your protein shakes as the snack inbetween meals? What abou****er , you arent suppose to drink 30 min before or after. So when do you manage to get all that you are suppose to in. I just cant get the times going for me. I know what you mean about clothes getting too big. But is easier for us to wear big clothes than too little of ones. Big ones we can use belts and safety pins. Lol Marilyn: How great that Melissa had a dress that you could wear. Isnt it nice to find people like that? So I take it you don't live in Mountain Home but have a mountain home address? It sounds like us with going to Forsyth. We schedule all sorts of things at the same time when we go to town. We live almost 30 miles from town. The storms didn't get you here while back did they? Do you think you will get to the support meeting this Monday? Yes you can continue to use your crystal lite after surgery. That is the only way at all that I get any water down is with the CL added. Before surgery I loved water and had a big glass with me all the time ,now I can barely stand the taste and if it doesn't have something added to it then it for some reason hurts my pouch. Who knows it may all be in my head. I hope you don't have that problem Lana: glad to see you girly. Will see on you Monday night that is for sure. I am taking everyones advice and even checked with the nutritionist about what I should be eating and how much. So now I think I have a little order to my eating . If I can get it all down. She said to have a packet of oatmeal for breakfast then 2 hours later have a protein shake, 2 hours later have lunch ½ cup cottage cheese, with maybe pineapple chunks 2hours later have another protein shake and then 2 hours have supper. She gave me some ideas about what to eat. And told me an idea about how to get in the water too. I am going to give it a try and see if I see a difference in constipation and energy and all. I bought 2 new mums today to go with what I have already. Got 2 huge ones for 13 dollars. One is dark red and the other is bronze. I needed some white ones and she said she would have them in on Monday. So will go buy on the way to Springfield and get 2 or 3 of those. She said they were suppose to be really big. I already have 3 huge purple 3, large yellow and 2 large samon colored ones. This will really be a pretty mums bed when I get done. I have them surrounding a fountain that looks like an old water pump . Everyone have a wonderful day in the Lord today LOVE AND JOY AND PEACE ABOUNDS. JAN

Hi Jan I start off with my protein shake first thing upon rising in the morning (I know you get up early) I'm up around 8 AM, take my meds and it liquids for me until around 930A I stop drinking liquids, around 10A I may have breakfast oatmeal or scambled eggs, set my timer for 30 mins after I eat and when it goes off start on my liquids again. I have lunch around 1 or 130PM, set the timer again and start on my liquids again, around 4PM if I'm not asleep I have my second protein shake, eat a little dinner around 6P or so, of course more fluids and maybe around 9P or so I have some cottage w/fruit for another small meal, the last thing I do is have my last shake around 1130P, that is usually how I've done mine because this works for me and I don't necessarily eat six times but I feel I'm eating enough to satisfy what I need and I figure practice makes perfect and as of yesterday the 7th I am able to eat whatever I want, so I had some tuna fish and it was so good Try to work out a schedule if you think that will work for you, it has helped me a lot because at first I was wondering how was I ever going to do this eating plan and I was afraid I would stretch my pouch if I ate a lot of food and just all kinds of stuff was going through my head and so far I think I'm doing okay. And I'm losing but I don't have a scale so I won't know how much until December 12 , that also helps me because I would be weighing everyday my clothes are letting me know I've lost a lot whether its inches or pounds it coming off and I feel like Have a great and blessed Sunday! Momma Jan & Crew: Yes, I made it home, Funny thing....I thought I posted that I did...I musta been REALLLLY outta it yesterday The trip was really hard on me, but that's only because I drove it by myself. I did stop at my favorite store "WORLD MARKET" and they have the sugar free syrups that Starbuck's uses, "TORANI" ((((better than Da Vinci, just not as wide a selection)))) for only $5 for the LARGE one!!! I bought Carmel, Almond Roca and Coconut.... Okay, so I was supposed to stop for resting, but I killed two birds with one stone. If you have one of these stores in your area, it is lovely. Furniture, wine, food, decor, chef supplies from about 110 countries!!! I bought a tomato paste that Rachel Ray uses all the time, I stocked up on capers, orzo pasta, roasted red peppers, and various other tasties that I know I can not find anywhere around my hometown. I have made this trip in 4-5 hours, and this time it took me nearly 8 hours...but I hurt so bad, my eyes were watering.... I got in, and my son ((thank god)) unloaded my truck for me. ...I took a shower, and had a high fever, went straight to bed. Got up later and drank a protein shake, then back to bed.... Been doing laundry and un-packing today....just chillin' really.... Love you guys. S
