Leta and Craig Update!!!

Hello everyone. I went with Leta again yesterday to her appt in Columbia. She has lost a total of 42lbs, in one month that is great. Iam so proud of her...Her blood Sugar is doing great also and only down to one pill now perday....I also weighted and I have lost a total of 90lbs exactly...I cant believe how fast Iam losing...I am at 302 with a starting weight of 392. I hope you all are doing fine. Sorry I have not been posting lately but Ive been on the go go go ....and .. I LOVE IT.....God Bless ...Craig Lee

Craig i know what you mean about being on the go. I have something to do almost every day of the week next week. and several things already scheduled for the rest of the month. lol it feels so very very good doesnt it. I said it feels like being let out of prison. and in a way that is what it is for us. Tell Leta congradulation on her great weight loss and to you on yours. wow. 90 pounds i will love it whne i can say i have lost 90 pounds. wow. wow. Jan
