MONDAY WHATS HAPPENING!!!!!!!

Another week, Yesterday must have been a busy day for everyone. Only one person posted on my post lol. The fishing and outdoor activities must have been too much for everyone. We worked in the guest house and in the garden ourselves. The weather was really warm. Wound up having to go put shorts on. I have an appointment with Dr. McClain in Springfield about my knees. I hope he will go ahead and put the shots in them . Hopefully I will have time to stop at wal mart afterwards and still meet my Brother in Branson at 5pm. If not will go to walmart some other time. I really need to go sometime soon and look for some cheap blouses of some sort. All of mine are way to big on me anymore. I have 3 pair of pants that fit and if I could get some blouses I would be ok. What a horrible situation to be in isn't it LOL Claudette: Did you all catch any trout from Taneycomo? Hope you had lots of fun. Yesterday would have been a good day to fish except for maybe the wind. Guess this will be a short sweet post this morning since I don't have but one to answer to. Good Morning Mamma Jan & Gang.... I know....I AM alive and kicking....well, maybe just shaking my feet. I am still pretty weak, but had to come here and tell you ALL that your love and support got me thru, that is FOR SURE. Can you believe Lucky came all that way for me???? What a blessing I must tell you all....it was so nice to not be lonely when I came around. Then to know everyone was out there praying helped me get thru, I can promise you that. I am in the hotel now, and actually getting better rest now than I did in the hospital... I just wanted to send my love and immense gratitude to you guys.... S

Gooood Morning Yeah Jan yesturday was busy busy for me. It was Susan's birthday, she had to work so after she got off at 3 I took her over to Ryans to eat, yeah twice in one week out to eat...yikes lol I was good tho, on their megabar they had steak so I was able to eat a steak and some sauted fresh green beans, they were soooo good. I think she planned on her birthday being so close to our anniversery when we got married lol. After church I went out to our new place to see how things were coming. They are pretty much all done with the inside so we can move in, yay!! All we are waiting on is AmerenAU to get an electric line from the main pole to the trailer, ugh they better hurry. They still have a few things to do on the outside but that can be done when ever. Their gonna put a roof on the outside deck and run a tractor over the grounds to smooth out some things and tuesday they are bringing in a storage building, it's an 8x10, that'll give us some nice storage area. So sometime this week we'll be moving for sure, i'll post just before i unhook the puter cuz it'll be a few days after that before we get it all hooked back up. Sherr it's sooooo good to see you posting, you take care of yourself this week up there, no running around the hotel just yet lol It's sooooo good to see how the Lord has blessed ya woot woot!! Hello all my dear MO OH friends. Hope you had a great day yesterday. Today is to be even warmer, if you can believe it. DH and I decided to go to Branson to the Cowboy days at Silver Dollar City and we really enjoyed it so much. Heard two vocal groups, one soloist and Cowboy poet Waddie Mitchell, who was such a treat. Sherr, glad you're doing so well. Lucky was surely your angel. We were all praying for you and God always hears and answers our heartfelt prayers. I am starting to let myself get a little more excited about the surgery. After Christmas doesn't seem very far away now. Love to all of you. Lana

Good morning Missouri...... I am at work and busy as a beaver......I think that I am going to have to find another doctor so I can figure out what is going on with the pain and the decreasing protein levels....I need to go get my B12 level checked it has been a month since I have not taken it as told by the doctor....Still praying for mom and my sisters surgery is still on for Oct 13th....Next week I am taking a week of leave to do some stuff around the house and to take a small vacation with our son.....Thinking about going to the zoo in St Louis....maybe the science center..... Hope everyone has a blessed day...and Sherr glad to see you made it to the other side....my prayers were with you and will remain with you until you are home and doing fine.... Good morning Jan and Everyone!! Yesterday was a busy and beautiful day so when I got home I rested after church and of course took a nap I've gotten so use to that nap thing until around 4:PM my body does a thing of it's own even without permission Jan: My grandson is just 14 years old, he has been preaching since he was about 8 actually. I know people will think that is too young but God said that He would raise up a nation who will serve Him. So yes I'm excited because I've watched his commitment to God over the years and it truly amazes me the love he has for God, the church ( he's just all over the place) and for people. He has never met a stranger and no matter who you are he's going to tell you about Jesus, I know I sound like a proud grandma, I am He use to have a mock church in my garage and he would go out there a just preach, so now he's preaching in real churches. God has truly got His hands on him. I'll stop because you know how grandma's are (could go on forever). I don't get a chance to be around or see all of my grandchildren only about six out of the bunch. I'm going out to walk now trying to get my legs you know, after not walking so long on a regular basis, I'm still trying to build up my stamina but I know I HAVE to do it. I'm working on my resume so I can maybe find some part -time wor****ep telling myself that 60 isn't too old for working and going to school so I'm on a new mission. Hello Jan and everyone. Its been a tiresome week for me. Ive been on the go go go. lol This week I go with Leta again to her appt in Columbia, Then we are going to California , Mo to see my God mother and God Brother. I dont stay as much as I use to . Ive been cooped up for almost 9 years and now I just cant stay home. The past two days ive been very weak it seems but I still go for my walks. I got three more Levquins to take for my lung infection. I cant wait to get the trach out so I dont have to go through all the infections like I have been. With an Open air way like a trach you are so set for infections, colds and things. Sherr, iam so happy for you to be on the board posting and now you're set for a whole new life and let me tell you ...ITS FANTASIC... Jan the clothes is a small price to pay for being healthy....But it is fun dont you think?.. Andrew!!!!!!!!! Spongebob bud!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Craig!! Hi!!! Thanks for the well wishes..... I am in a hotel here in Columbia until my Friday follow up appt. which will apparently be with Natalie the Nurse...she'll take out the stiches and the drain..... I just had my shower.....((GOT TO TELL YOU GUYS, Lucky from on here had her sister bring over a shower chair for me....can you believe it??))) The love I've received overwhelms me. ....ONce I get to feeling better, I plan on bawlling like a baby... lol Out of Hapiness of course.... Drinking a small container of Aus Jus broth, I made from a packet of seasonings....that was Lucky's idea...it's tasty Well, I apparently tire easily, so I am going to go lay back down now.... xoxo S

Hi Jan... Well it's evening now and I have a really silly question to ask you.... I know I signed up for Missouri's forum and I do check the board every day - Just kinda looking and trying to figure out who is who... but recently like as of oh Last Friday - I keep getting emails with questions about the surgery from people I don't know? I don't know if they are even from Missouri? But the questions they are asking ME I have NO idea how to answer... did I do something wrong or why am I Personally getting these questions from people all over the country? They are asking me questions about having the surgery, if they quailify? what kind of post op things are happening to them? I mean They can't REALLY want me cause I don't know the answers to any of these questions so far - in fact I'm sure they are meant for someone else not me... I've been just deleting them but then I got afraid someone was waiting for an answer from me ... what do I do? and how did I do it... and how do I stop it? These questions should be for someone else - somebody who knows about these things. Can you help me figure this out? thanks Patricia B.
