Sunday Morning Whats Happening:

Sunday morning coming down. We are suppose to have company today, Joes niece and husband and little girl. We are anxious to see them again. It has been a couple of months since we last saw them.. She is pregnant and due in February. She called the other day and laughed and said that I was getting smaller and she was getting bigger lol We got the kitchen ceiling painted in the guest house and that was it yesterday. The material that the ceilings are made of just soak up the paint and had to be painted twice already. Got tired and decided to quit. I took a nap and Joe went fishing. I rested and he got more tired. didn't catch a thing either. When he came back I fixed him supper. I had a forth of a tenderized pork cutlet and a spoonful of green beans and one tsp of mashed potatoes and about one teaspoon of gravy. I am getting to where I can eat food. Bu****er is still very hard for me to get down. My exercise , walking , is getting to be more and more. I am up to two blocks ,now this isn't level ground folks. It is up one hill and down the other all the way around. My legs are getting stronger tho from all the up and down hill walking. The first day of October wow. The year is going by fast. Fall is gaining ground isn't it? I have been seeing some pretty colors on some trees. Don't know if we will have much in the colors this year or not. I have heard that if it doesn't rain much it affects the color and then I hear that it doesn't affect them. Since it is a built in gene that is done because of the shortening days. Don't know which is true except to know that I think they are beautiful and that God probably did that for our enjoyment too. Claudette K: I would love to take credit for finding the good protein powder but Melissa turned me on to that. It is really good and I did sort of pu**** to a lot of people but I didn't find it . Glad you and your company enjoyed it. Good luck with the new support group. I will try really hard to get to the meeting on the 23rd. I would like to get my husband more involved in coming with me. Colette: How are you this morning lovely lady? I don't think I do anymore work than anyone else does I just talk about it more lol. I know if I did all the work that everyone wants me to do as their gardener I sure would be a busy lady. Lol I always thought I would love to have either a commercial green house or a landscaping business. But guess I am too old for either one now. Just will do all my creating here in my own little 3 acres and be content. It does get lonely as we get older doesn't it. The families have so much going on and are doing their own things and we don't get to see them much so it gets lonely but we will be alright. That is a good reason to stay busy I would say. David : it isn't the cooking and not being able to feast on the food that was bothering me. It is all the family drama that usually occurs . But I think I have it figured out I will just not do Thanksgiving and do two Christmas putting the family together that gets along on two separate days lol. That way I get to enjoy them all and they wont have a reason to get all mad and huffy lol Sad when you have some family members like that. But I love all of them so I just smile and say uhummm when they say something silly Yeah I have already discovered boiled shrimp are good. They are easy to eat and I love them so that is probably what I will order. Oh yeah I made a s.f.pie the other day and no one knew the difference. I ate a tiny bite of it and I thought it was delicious. I even had some s.f. ice cream over it. Lol Yummy. Yeah I think the thing is to learn new eating habits and just do away with all the old stuff that is harmful. Andrew: Isn't that the truth , when you go to move you find so much stuff and all you have to be in a place is about a year and you have lots of trash already to throw away. Well we will miss you until you get your computer hooked back up so don't be one minute longer than you have to be ok? Be careful moving and don't over do Brenda: I know you are going to enjoy the visit with your family this next week. Are you all excited about getting to play with that grandson. How long has it been since you saw him last? Take lots of pictures so you will have them to look back on ok. Have a good day at church today. Barbara T: So how old is your grandson who is getting ordained? I have a nephew who was only 20 when he was ordained ,I think, maybe he was older but he is a really good preacher too. Oh wow the center sounds wonderful I hope you can find a house in that area to move to. That would be great. That is good that kids love you that means you have a good open heart , I think so too. Melissa; Hope you all had fun at your party last night. We all should have come to Joplin and looked you up and joined you. Hope you slowed down enough to enjoy your self and not get all worked up too much. Tammy: that is what is happening to our family I guess everyone has their own traditions to follow . But as I posted earlier I maybe have it figured out to sort of cut down on the hassle and upheaval that sometimes happens when you get that many people together. When they are all here at the same time it is like 30 people. So maybe if I cut it in half on two different days then the ones I put together will enjoy themselves more. Sugar: Enjoy your trip honey. Have fun . I know you will you always do. Hey the new hair you bought sounds neat, Is it a wig or a fall or what? I cant see you in long curly hair. Although it was curly when you were a baby.
