Good morning Claudette. I just checked my protein and it is the same brand, the ON whey. I've been using the strawberry one in the fruit smoothies and love it. Now that it's about empty though, think I'll be making a trip to Food 4 Less this weekend and try a couple of others. I'd gotten mine a GNC and it happens to be on sale there during Nov. for $31.99 but isn't that still higher than F4L? Have a wonderful weekend!!!! hugs, Tami

Tami I don't know if you have a GNC gold card, but that takes the price down abit, so you might want to do a little price comparison before buying, since it's on sale at GNC. Let me know if you get something other than the Rocky Road. Loved having a mocha with you at our little get together. (Even if you don't like coffee) Talk to you soon. CK

Claudette, Even my Gold card keeps it higher at GNC (still $31.99 vs. F4L at $25). I went to Food 4 Less today and got the Extreme Chocolate flavor. I just put it in the blender with ice and Calorie Countdown Choc milk and drank it that way.....mmmmmm good! I'll be making these daily for awhile I think. I made extra and put it in styrofoam cups in the freezer so we'll see how it is frozen as well. I told Jim about the mocha one at your house and he said he liked it plain and preferred his mocha drink HOT. He mised some of the ON choc. with just white 1% milk and liked it. I wanted to buy every flavor there today! lol Had a hard time deciding. I need to do a taste test with a shake of each flavor all at the same time! : ) They looked so good! Take care, Tami

Tami, Oh gosh, you'll have to bring me a sample of the exteme chocolate! I love dark chocolate! Those tubs of ON at F4L are so huge, I didn't want to get too many, but like you I wanted one of each flavor and had to hold back! Again, I credit Jan for the GREAT find! ClaudetteK
