Wednesday Whats Happening

Yesterday was a pretty productive day. We got the area laid out for the green house. Spots for the corner post figured out and will get them dug today hopefully. A neighbor has been redoing a house and offered us the storm windows from their project for our green house. Only catch was we had to take all of them but that is ok we can use some of them for another project we are going to do too. Any my brother might want some of them to build his green house with. We got the ceilings repaired in the guest house and ready for paint so that will look nice a fresh in there. I moved my lavender and a couple of hollyhocks that were where the green house is going to be .Raked up the black walnuts that have fallen again . Oh that tree . I wish I had it down. But is too big for us to cut , it might fall on the something. Managed to hurt my knee someway yesterday. It is swollen and can barely walk on it. It keeps giving way on me. Good thing I have an appointment with the Orthopedic doctor on Monday. Lol. Barbara: I got my bill from the hospital too. An I was really surprised at it , and what I owe. Of course that doesn't include Dr. Hornbostels bill and the anthesiglogist bill but still I was very surprised at the amount just from the hospital. I called them and they were really pleasant about the amount that could be paid. And even told me that if a few months of paying that it turned out to be too much to call them back and they would lower it. Very pleasant to work with . So you are thinking about going back to work too huh. You must be feeling well then. Isn't it great to just be able to walk around in a store with out hanging onto a cart or without having to get on the little go cart? That sounds wonderful about going back to school. Good luck with that. Go for the dreams. Melissa: I kept looking for your new picture but havent seen it yet. Yes Im afraid the house plants need to maybe be moved inside to get out of the cool weather we are really going to have . They are saying down into the high 30s . Too cold for house plants. And for a lot of others too. Wonder if we will get any frost. I better get all that I am wanting to put in the green house potted and put in this one area so I can cover them with a tarp at least. Yes I too am looking forward to the meeting in Oct. maybe we can do the after meeting coffee this time like we planned on last month when hardly anyone showed up. Benny keeps saying he is going to come and then never does. Don't know why. I wonder if he is still going to try and have his surgery. Brenda: Hello girl we sure do miss you on here when you don't get a chance to come by lol I know I have been getting busier and busier too. Seems like I have something planned for almost everyday this week and next already. That is so exciting about your cholesterol meds. I am so happy for you. Yea!!!! I think as everyone gets the surgery and gets to feeling better they just naturally quit spending so much time on the computer and start living life more. Either go back to work, which Wayne has done or just doing other things all the time. If I didn't wake up in the middle of the night I probably wouldn't be able to get this done yet . But I love all of you so much I don't think I could do without my daily fix of all of you. So even tho we are getting our life back please take a minute each morning to just jot a not on this post to let us know what your day is like ok . We sure miss you when we don't hear from you. Craig: isn't it fun to be a kid again? So have you gotten the papers to fill our to go to nursing school this next year yet? Will disability pay for that? I have heard they will. If you hadn't thought about that maybe check into it. Well this is sort of short today but it is full of love Did you all see where my sister , Sugar has finally gotten her computer and the OH site to work again. She is always on the go already I told her that when she has the surgery it will be like she has wings then and even her husband will have to make an appointment to see her. Good Morning Ya'll I just wanted come on quick and see how everyone is. Wowzers, seems like alot of you are busy busy busy. I guess this surgery does that to ya. Seems like it's making those that had surgery just wanna go go go That is awesome :P. We've been busy here, packing and stuff, we went out to the new place yesturday and they are almost done remodeling. Almost got all the kitchen done and the bathroom. This weeekend they are gonna lay the kitchen tile and the carpet through out the place and it should be ready to move in next week. They put a really nice deck up on the front, they still have to put the railing up and she said they will put an roof on the deck too, that'll be so nice. Jan my wifes name is Susan, she is soooo looking forward to planting stuff this spring. She was raised out in the country and did alot of planting and gardening with her mom so she just can't wait to get started again. She was scoping out places she's gonna plant stuff yesturday lol She said to thank you a 1000 times over for offering to send some seeds lol. Today is our 20th wedding aniversary, can't believe its been 20 yrs, yikes lol. She thinks we've put all our money back for moving but i've had some saved so I'm gonna take her up to the city (st. louis) to her favorite place, The Olive Garden, i'll just have to watch that i dont eat to many bread stix LoL Well I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Good morning Jan and everyone!! I do feel really good and it's beyond my wildest dream , I didn't realize that it would make such a difference and I'm still not taking anything for granted but thanking God for this wonderful, wonderful tool and then for waking me up every day to enjoy it. I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to get the money to do what I've planned to do but God keeps making a way for me, so I know it will happen eventually and that is why my plans are to start the first of the year. As for the job I want to get my bills paid off so I don't have to be concerned about them and yes BRHC has proven to be very nice, I know there have been some negative things said about them but they were great with me. Right now I'm just looking for something part-time, my husband is having his hernia repaired October 25th and that will be another hospital bill , he worked 32 years on two jobs at the same time too bad Medicare only pays 80% on some things but we are still grateful for the 80%. Money don't last long when you have seven children to care for. Not complaining though, anyway guess I need to do something productive myself today, oh yes Jan we finally got our little office done and it looks great and really so different and neat . Just popping in to say hi Not much going on for me today. My back has really been giving me fits, I have overdone it with all the cleaning, so I guess I better baby it today. My son , grandson and DIL will be coming to visit the first week in October. My son is career Air Force and is stationed in Nebraska right now. He will soon be transferring back to the D.C. area. They have been stationed there before and they love it. I don't get to see my g-son as often as I would like. He turned 3 in August and he is 42 inches tall !!!!!! I can't wait to see him, he's gonna be a tall boy !!! Well that's all I have today. Catch you all later. Brenda

Happy Humpday MO People!! Just came back from taking my dad to the Ortho doc, he had those looooong needles put in his knees, said he didn't know what the meds were, but they already felt better.... Yippy... Tomorrow is my big drive to Columbia.....I really don't look forward to THAT part.... the drive that is...but I have already told Janet that she has to talk to me on the phone so I won't go to sleep on the way...lol Hopefully by this time in 48 hours I will be in recovery WOOT WOOT, and on the long loser's bench Mel Mel will be my ANGEL and contact person, so she will come here and update you guys, ok I will try to be able to get on here tomorrow once I am there at the hotel in Columbia. Jan i am gonna have my surgery and wi**** was over and done now lol but its all good still need to loose 12 more lbs,,, i been hurting so bad that i cant get out of bed , im getting better , this is the first time i could sit in my chair at the comp for about a month,, and i go for a nero surgeon refferal tomorrow, and i promise i will come to the metting sometime , i know i say im comeing but it seems liike something happneds , like now my grandpa is in bad condition and could be pass on anytime he had a heart attack , but i want to meet you all love ya love me
