Chicken Soup for Losers 2-3 large Skinned Boneless Chicken Breast Package of Liptons Onion or Garlic veggie soup Instant potatoes mix Boil the chicken breasts, while they are boiling add the packet of Liptons Onion Soup mix...I use Garlic Veggie sometimes...After the chicken is good and tenderly cooked....take them out of the pot and dice them up....Then slowly add some instant potatoes so the broth..Dont over do it on the potatoes just enough to thicken it up...I think its awesome..you can freeze some of it for later use . Just pop it in the microwave and there you go... Craigs SF Popsycles 2 boxes of SF Jello (any flavor).. 1 packet of SF Koolaid Boil the 2 boxes of SF Jello mix in 2 cups of boiling water....while that is boiling then take a large cake bowl and stir up about a quart or so of cold water and mix in the SF Koolaid mix....Afterr you bring the SF Jello to boil , whisk it into the SF kookaid mix..until you get it good and mixed....You man place it in ice trays or popsycle containers or anything you like...Freeze over night...VERY GOOD AND FILLING...Satisfy that sweet tooth you have.....Cheaper than store boughten Popsycles oo I might add... There you go ...Iam experimenting as I go so if I discover any more receipes I will post them for you.....Eat healthy Be healthy, and Lose..........God Bless .. Craig Lee
