Gas pain problems

Hello Mo. Friends- I had my surgery on the 13th of Sept. Got along great first two days. Now I think I am having either severe gas pains in my abdomen inches below my incisions or constipation as I have not pooped since before surgery. I am eating hte prescribed diet, soup with milk, cereal and milk, pudding, protein drink and water. I have GAINED two pounds! That's a bummer. Anyone else with the problem? hula

Hula, during surgery they use water to flush and stuff and check for leaks...so you will gain some lbs afterwards but it quickly goes away in time...Gas pain is normal..I had it some and yes it is painful...just keep following your docs orders it will be ok..I'll pray that Jesus wil find you relief....God Bless you Hula and Iam proud of you ...Craig Lee
