Anyone live close to Clinton?

Hi my name is Pat, I'm new and thankfully Jan C and Brenda T emailed me to let me know there was a group for Missouri - thankfully Dena let them know I was floundering. I went to the seminar on 9-5-06 with my daughter-in-law. We live over by Clinton so it was only a 45 min ride over to Sedaila. I have my appointment to consult with Dr H on Dec 6. So - now I'm just scared I won't be able to aquire all the documentation necessary for the procedure. Thank you all so much for writing to me to let me know you are out there. I live alone and mostly work on my computer during the day so I will hope to see you all soon. Pat

Hi Pat so glad you found us. this is a great board. and lots of great people here. Yes im sure there are some here that live close to Clinton. Altho i dont know them by name off hand. What sort of documentation do you have to have? do you have medicare or is it some other insurance? if it is medicare all you have to have for Dr. H. is your letter from your pcp for recomendation and a psych consult. if it is other things for other insurance i dont know what all you will need but im sure Dena can and will tell you all of it with out a lot of hoopla tht i have seem from other Drs services. They are all really nice and upfront with you there. and make it as easy as possible. tell us more about yourself. so we can get to know you. Jan
