emotional eating... Need help
Just try not to go back to bad habits and watch your carbs. Eat extra protien. Remember food does not solve any problems and our old bad habits were not good at all. Maybe kick yourself in the butt. But dont feel too bad a regain after a year or so in common and not too bad as long as you stop and remember you can still lose with the tool you have.
Have your doctor evaluate you for stress/anxiety. There is a drug called Wellbutrin that is used to control these issues, but has the added benefit of promoting weight loss.
Exercise can lift your mood and help you combat emotional eating. Also, any hobbies that you can immerse yourself in (reading, sewing) may help. You might want to consider joining a weight loss group for a month, like Weigh****chers or your bariatric program's support groups...the support might be good for you.
There are plenty of things you can do to get over this hurdle...you just need to find the one that works best for you.

Hey! Just wanted to say we all struggle with this! Hang in there! I really try hard not to buy any junk. I load the cupboards with as many protein items as possible. On the main message board someone listed what they were buying for groceries. I found this helpful for new ideas. Some of the things were ff frozen yogurt bars, lean cusine without potatoes or rice. Frozen vegies with lowfat cheese sauce, rice cakes, canned chicken and tuna for salads, among many other ideas. I get bored with the same foods and then tend to want junk. Support groups are always a good idea! I'm going to start back with the one that is at Independence mall. Remember that "we can always start over with the band". Call me!! We'll chat about this is you want!
