I might be going to ...

I might be going to Springfield next week so I need to get directions to Food 4 Less or any store that sells that 100% whey protein drink that everyone talks about. Also, which flavors are best and what can I expect to pay? I appreciate all your help. Thanks! Huera

are you coming up for the meeting on the 11th. Food 4 less is on Battlefield. the ON protein powder is great. I like the Rocky Road best. and for 5 pounds it is 25.00 i think but that makes lots and lots of protein shakes . you only use one scoop per 8 oz of milk and gives you 30 grams of protein. I can send you a picture of the container if you would like. there are several of them and some are to gain weight lol we wouldnt want that.Now would we. the one we get is a black container. Jan

Also, where on Battlefield, close to Glenstone or National? I need specifics, I don't know the city that well. I know how to find the places I like to shop or eat and that's about it. Huera

Jan... Thank you for thinking of me. Things have not gotten any better... I am just trying to deal with it as best I can. When I came back right after my surgeries I was so run down physically and emotionally that I just couldn't deal well, not to mention the onslaught of hatefullness really took it's toll on me. Unfortunately the cattiness and the snide comments are still there. I am just mucking through the best I can. I did go online and register with the State Merit system and the Federal system. In fact I have 4 Merit tests that I have to take tomorrow for various job openings. It is a start. Pixielf~

National Avenue off of Battlefield is the medical mile (you can turn left and head to the Cox South complexes)... you keep going on Battlefield and Food for Less is in the last main shopping center right before the intersection for South Campbell (Lone Star steak house is on the left).... I absolutely love Springfield... I lived there for several years and would move back in a heartbeat if our jobs took us there!... I can remember when they first opened up that Food 4 Less... it is pretty cool to shop in..... Pixielf~
