what a year.....

today is my 1 year anniversary of my WLS surgery!! its been a great blessing for me for sure. im at goal weight of 205 from 376. my lab test last week turned out great except for b-12..its low so im upping my b12 by giving myself injections and of course continuing on optisource per doc h's instructions. anyway... sorry i hav'nt been on as much lately...been busy busy busy.... y'all have a great weekend if i dont get to see you... god bless todd
