HELLO FRIENDS

How has everyone been , me im doing great, im down 17 lbs, i know its not much but i still have around 3 months to loose . SORRY i havent posted in a while had computer problems , well isp problems and also been busy. But i havent forgot my dear friends well your my familey! im looking forward to monday 11th . my good friend margo is comeing with me . Hope your surgerys went ok and smooth love you all love benny also i wont be so long next time i got dialup for a backup lol

yeah Benny so good to hear from you. wow it has been a long long time. Im glad you and Margo are both coming to the meeting on the 11th. My surgery was great. no problems. I have lost 23 pounds so far. Hey after the meeting we are all going to panera bread to just hang out for awhile if you all could we would love for you to come. too. Jan
