New to this board - Hi!

I am six months out and have been posting on the main board and the March 2006 board but I see that the Missouri board is pretty active so I just wanted to say hello and become acquainted! Anyone in the St. Louis area who is a patient from DePaul?

THanks everyone for the welcome - Dr, Scott and Dr. de la Torre are partners, and my doc does surgeries in Columbia as well. They are great guys.

Hi Barbara. I am from central Missouri, Franklin County. I am about 60 miles from DePaul. I had my procedure done by Norbert Richardson at St. Alexius thru the New Start program. Doc used to be partnered with your surgeon.

Dr. Richardson assisted on my surgery and that was just back in March, so it wasn't too long ago that he was with Dr. de la Torre... I met him - he was very nice.

Welcome Barb!!! I am about 1 month PRE-OP and boy does the time goooo sloooowwww.... But I don't have to tell you that, do I? You will LOVE these gals (& Guys of course) here...they have kept me going doing all my craziest times..... Welcome, and post often! Sherr
