Hello everyone! I don't post on here very often. I am 19 months out from my surgery. I have lost 95 lbs. I haven't lost any weight since Nov. I'm okay with it. I have lost of hanging skin on my stomach. I wear a 12/ 14 but after plastics will probably wear a size 8. I can get into size 8 jeans if I lift my loose stomach over the top of the jeans. Anyway enough about me. I just wanted to tell everyone about a really good protein powder. You can order it on-line at www.bodybuilding.com The product is is made by EXTREME LABS --it is called pro lean mass extreme. I buy the chocolate. It has 50grams of protein per serving which is 2 scoops, 3 grams of sugar and 5 grams of carbs. It has all essential amino acids. The protein in it is also time-released. It is the best I have ever tried and I have tried alot. It is very powdery and not grainy at all. It is so good my teenage boys beg me not to fini**** so they can have it. It is better than neslte quick. It is 27.99 and you get 26 shakes out of a container, but it is well worth every penny. I drink 1 or 2 every day. 263/168 pre-surgery size 24 pre surgery 2-3x tops now med/large

FANCY! Thanks for the info....but maybe we should tell you about the one that most of us drink... And it's 28-31 servings for $14... Mel-Mel (Melissa) told me about it, and apparently I have told a few people... It's Optimum Nutritions Whey Powder GOLD STANDARD.... (((must say Gold Standard on it)))0 And the flavors we buy are: Rocky Road, Strawberry, Vanilla Ice Cream, Double Chocolate etc..... You can buy them locally if you have a "FOOD 4 LESS" but I buy mine on my favorite nutrition website www.allstarhealth.com where their shipping is always $4.95 no matter HOW much you buy... I have never gotten anything from there that was not 1000% of what I'd expected... Hope this helps you.... Sounds like we are the same size...I would love to be 168 again!! S
