I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling very well. I had trouble with meat for a while after my surgery, so I am just wondering if maybe the meat may be causing you some of your trouble with your stomach. Have you tried the SF Jello? I really like the cheese cake flavor. If you are getting your protein from the drinks it wouldn't hurt you to try going a couple days without the meat and see if that helps. Dr. H told me not to eat meat till I was a month out. Just a thought anyway. I pray that you get to feeling better really soon.
Take care of yourself and get to feeling better soon. And remember what I told you in the hospital and keep your sprits up.
May The Lord bless and keep you
May His face shine upon you
And be gracious and give you peace

Hope you get to feeling better. Just be sure the docs check and are sure you dont have a stricture. Strictures are common and make it hard to eat. Your doc probably bypassed a lot of intestines and that is why it is hard. Something easy on your tummy would be cottage cheese, which also has tons of protien. Tuna fish sat well with me early too. Cottage cheese is so mushy it does not have to be pured and tuna can be purred easily. Just put no fat or low fat mayo in the tuna so it is not dry. Dry food will give you problems. Refried beans usually go down good too early on.
