We Are Back Home!!!!

Good Evening Everyone, We got back from Sedalia this evening at 8:00 p.m. The day wasn't to bad I guess. We went to the hospital at 10:00 this morning hoping they would start early and we did start at 10:30, my appointment was for 11:00. Everyone was really nice, and everything was going well until the anesthesiologist found out I've had a history of angina pain and he wants me to have a stress test done before my surgery on Thursday. He was going to schedule it in Sedalia but I asked him if I could have it done down home because it would cost me another $100.00 for gas if I had to make another trip up there. They have it set up for Tuesday morning down here so the only thing is if it's ok, and I pray that it is, and if they can get the results back by Thursday. The reason he wants to do it is because I haven't had any tests in awhile and he said these things can be silent so he wants to make sure I wouldn't need any angioplasty or something so I could have the WLS without complication! Please pray that they find nothing wrong. My DH and I had dinner with Colette and her DH last evening and had a great time. They are sweet people and I feel like I've known Colette forever. THANK YOU COLETTE. Also stopped by to see Linda this morning and she was so happy and giggling that if you didn't know it you would never had thought that she had surgery, she was so pleasant to talk to. Also met Dena while we where there and Marge from Dr. Hornbostal's office, they are great. Everyone that I came in contact with at Bothwell while I was getting my pre-op done was extremely nice and friendly. Well I am going to bed because all the traveling has totally wore me out. im sure they will do your surgery anyway no matter what is found . they just want to know so they wont be in the dark about your heart. so dont fret about that ok. just relax and take a deep breath and it will all be ok. yeah the time is flying now isnt it? i have two days left. everyone keeps asking me if im nervous and dont seem to know what to say when i say no. but i give my whole life long time ago to God completly and there is nothing to be nervous about if he wants this old body he can take it any minute anyway so the operating table is as good as place to be as anywhere lol.
