Going to Sedalia Tomorrow!!!!

Good Evening Everyone, Well tomorrow morning we are leaving for Sedalia, I have my pre-op appointment day on Friday. We are leaving about 8:00 a.m. my husband always says "I like to get an early start" We have to stop and drop my 2 babies - Gracie {miniature poodle} and Mattie - {long haired Chihuahua} off at the vet's office to board them while we are gone. I started trying to get a motel reservation for a room back in May and the only thing I could get was a room in Sweet Springs, which I think is about 30 miles from Sedalia. For the trip next week for my surgery day the 17th, I got a room about 2 or 3 blocks from the hospital but they are charging $85.00 a night!!!! I heard that the motels raise their rates during the fair time!!! But what are we gonna do when you live 5 ½ to 6 hours away? I hope to get to see Linda before I start back home. Well I have to go start packing and get things ready for the trip, I'll post when I get back. Please pray for us to have a safe trip. Later Brenda
