weighed today :(

I went and weighed today and I GAINED 10 LBS OF THE 14 I LOST I havent went off my diet so i think its water i hope ive been swolen so i hope its jus****er so i have to call my dr tomorrow and see if i can get my water meds back lol scared me to se that 10 lbs back. I hope your all doin ok , me im a bit depressed my car broke down so i traded it in for a van from the person i got it from and now my van is broke down in a mcdonalds parking lot in town , whew i dont know when im gonna get a break with a car lol i had a new one and my dad just had to trade it in on a truck and now i got a lemon lol whew .i been pretty busy lately and more active than usual but i gained weight so i dont know what i did to do so but i did , i guess i will just not eat at all , i dont know what else to do, i look at food and gain i think. love ya all thanks for being here for me

Benny its good to see you. i know what you mean about dieting. it is horrible isnt it. you lose 15 gain back 10 but look at the bright side you didnt gain all 15 back . was it the same scale you weighted on before. that can make a difference. and yes it could be that much water weight .We are here for you anytime you want to talk. Wish there was more i could do for you . You need to start going to our meetings in Springfield . It might help you with some of your struggles. Glad that you showed up and dont be so long again. I can gain 5-10 overnight if I retain water it is not unusual for me. If it is water the pills will help a lot. Losing weight the old way is hard after surgery it is much easier as you dont have much appetite. Used cars and trucks are a gamble unless you get some kind of warranty on them. I buy all the warranties I can and it sure helps

Benny, So good to see you on the board. Isn't yo-yo dieting-gaining the pits. That's the story of my life. Hope you are feeling well and continue to drop in on us.
