Post Op Follow UP Appt!!!!!

Hello just got home from a very long day...I got there on time to see Dr. Hornbostel.....he was so happy that I was doing great......This is my new weight loss up to day ...READY??? Starting from First appt. 390/372/339 Total=51lbs. PRAISE GOD...I have not been 339 for many years now.....Iamm keep on going too .....I now get to eat pureed food.....So, everyone wanted to stop at KFC...so I had my first bowl of mash taters with a tad gravy on it.......MMMMMmmmMMMMMmmm....then I got kinda tight up in the new stomach part so i stopped..but I managed to eat ....OH Dr. Hornbostels says he checks the board all the time so HELLO DOC HORNSBOSTEL!!!!! heheehhe......................................Hugs to all Craig Lee

Craig HOW GREAT IS THAT!!!!!WOW I am so proud of you Buddy. 51 pounds gone and you know the best part???? YOU will NEVER see them again. Yea! you are going to be so thin before long that you are going to wonder where the old Craig went. Jeff can be your friend and not a caregiver before long. Wont that be great? Craig, Praise the Lord, bless His holy name. You are down 51 pounds and are already sounding like a new person. Tiny KFC bowl of mashed potatoes, when would that ever have been too much for you. Dr. H is a wonderful man I'm sure. I would be using him if my insurance would pay for Sedalia hospital and Dr. H., but I am happy to get to go to St. Johns and I know Dr. Hodges will be excellent. I just love Dr. H for all he's done and is doing for my friends here. Keep the faith, Craig Hugs and love Lana

CONGRATS TO YOU!!! That is a LOT of weight in such a short time. Mashed potatoes? I hope there are other options, I really can't stand mashed potatoes. I'm so happy for you and I'm sending up positive thoughts.

Lana, Dr. Hodges is my doctor. He is truly amazing. Wonderful really. To me he's just the right amount of cautious but not overly so. He's done TONS of these surgeries and is so great. I had my surgery six months ago at ST. Johns. The staff treated me like a queen. They were awesome. You are in FAB hands. Ask for a nurse named Lashaunda. She had GBS a few years ago and it really helped me for her to come in and talk to me even though she was never actually assigned to me! I've lost around 80 lbs and truly have a new lease on life.
