Craig When I was in the hospital I had apply juice also. But they deluted it with water. I believe I was told 1/2 apple juice to 1/2 water. I hope this helps you out. God Bless Melissa

Sugar-wise, you'll probably be okay with even regular apple juice as long as you have one serving and not five (we all know how easily juice goes down!). Diluting it is pretty disgusting and if you don't want to do it that way, limit yourself to just 4 oz (most experts say you're only supposed to have 4oz a day, anyway). But BEWARE! Post-surgery, things like juice REALLY run through your system...and NOT in a good way! Pamela

Craig, You might try Gerber's Apple Juice in the baby food aisle. I don't believe there is that much sugar in it. It is also not as potent as the regular apple juice. Remember, babies tummies are delicate like yours! Hope you're feeling better. Lots of prayers going your way. Linda

For the first few months try to keep your sugar under 5mg per serving and you should be ok. Too much sugar at one time can make you dump which is very unpleasant. After a few months you can up that figure a little. The apple jucie should be ok bu****ch your portions.
