MBG docs in MO or KS and private pay fees?

Looking for info on docs who do MBG in MO or KS, or midwest area in general and their private page fees. I do not want RNY but the "one anastomosis" procedure called the Mini gastric bypass. Please help if you have any info. Thanks.
