Hello Everyone....Sat night frights LOL

I got the Sat night frights.......no Im ok...just a little nervous....I thought I would say howdy...I probably wont be online much tomarrow but I will look at my emails.....I'll be pretty busy .. We are leaving Tomarrow night to Marshall......Hope you all have a good weekend.....We had a bbq tonight I fixed everyone my famous Tater Salad and I ate grill chicken breast and plain lettuce salad.....I think Ive lost some more weight Iam getting cramps on my belly...I lost weight before and this is how it feels so I know I have...Well be glad if I did......Dr. Hornbostel didnt tell me to lose any weight...he just said not to climb five lbs over my weight ...SO I guess he was happy for me.......Well.....Hugs to all .....See you all when I get back here to LaPlata..............JESUS IS THE SWEETEST NAME I KNOW........Craig Lee
