Heres one I bet hasn't been posted here before

I get a call from Dr Hornbostel's (my wls Dr.) office yesterday. They got a fax from my PCP requesting my medical information from them and I haven't even been there yet...duh!! I called my PCP today, they said it was because I signed the form in the wrong place...ummm, their the ones that told me where to sign it and I had to trust them since I forgot my glasses at home! I told them to get it turned around and get my information that THEY have and get it to Dr Hornbostel's office, ASAP! I had even gone in and sat down with my PCP and he and I together decided what was going to be said. His front office can be a mess sometimes....new girls, I wish the old ones would come back! The nurses in the back and my PCP, I love...not so sure about the rest. I will give them time though, maybe they will get better but I guarantee I'll be keeping a closer eye on them!
