Protein Protein Protein

Thanks to Jan for the information on the ON Whey protein suggestion. Mike and I just got back a short time ago from Springfield... stopped at Foods 4 Less and we purchased the Rocky Road and Double Chocolate. I think that it will help me out a bit as I am still unable to take much by mouth due to my tummy concerns. Thank you AGAIN for the information... we truly appreciated it! Elizabeth~

Jan.... Actually I believe that they should make you the official Missouri Bariatric Spokesperson for their products. Mike just tried the Rocky Road ( I know it is late...gosh after 2 a.m!) and he liked it... I have been waiting for the painkillers to kick in so I can hit the sack... I think it is a safe bet that I might be able to get some sleep tonight. Last night was not a good one.... But thanks again for the heads up on the product. I am going to try my first shake later on this morning for brekkie... right now my little tummy needs all the help it can get.. plus I need an additional protein boost to aid in my healing... Mike is teasing me and calling me the swiss girl... as in cheese ... I have that many "holes" in me... staples, sutures, i.v.'s , blood draws, cultures... GOOD GRACIOUS I just know I'll start leaking one of these days... *g* Elizabeth~
