Reminder-The Next Level Meeting, Springfield, MO

I wanted to remind everyone that the next meeting of The Next Level Support Group will be meeting on Monday, July 24, 2006, at the St. John's Surgery Center, Classroom 4B, 1229 E. Seminole, Springfield, Missouri. We meet from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Our regular meetings are the fourth Monday of every month. Our topic that we will be discussing at the meeting this month will be Food Triggers- How to Identify and Overcome. As a reminder, The Next Level Support Group is exclusively for weight loss surgery patients that are 1+ years post-operatively. You may be a part of our group regardless of where you have had your surgery, and you don't have to be a patient of St. John's Weight Loss Surgery Program to attend.
