I was at walmart w/ the hubby today and came across some of the products I think you all have mentioned on here. Now I know that I shouldn't get too stocked up yet and that I will get a notebook explaining everything from the Dr. but I was just curious if I was looking at the right protein drink and price. Is the protein drink that you all talk about called "WHEY?" It is the chocolate flavor? mmmmmmmmm, chocolate!! oh, sorry...just me being bad. Anyway, the price on the big jug of WHEY was approximately $14.00...is that about right? There was also one called "CREATINE"...I don't want that one, right? Also, I didn't see any "ready made" whey drinks like David was talking about. Can anyone tell me where to look for those and what the package looks like? Thanks in advance...Love & Prayers...Deb

Heya Deb, The product I bought at SuperCenter Walmart was *Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard - Chocolate Size: 2 Lbs* It's the black label one. I'm using it now and it does taste pretty good. I also bought the vanilla and tried one today by putting a couple fresh strawberrys in it mmmm mmmm good it was!! Go to this website and then to the Optimum Nutrition section and you'll see the 100% Whey Gold Standard products. www.supplementwarehouse.com - sorry for some reason I cant get the links to work, not sure if ya have to do sumthing but if you copy and paste that into your browser it will work. In fact if you copy and paste this link it will take you directly to the black label ones. http://www.supplementwarehouse.com/viewitem.asp?idproduct=4908 Hope that helps. Andrew

Deb your so welcome, anytime!!! Brenda, I found at both the Walmart in Fredericktown and Farmington, Farmington had a both chocolate and vanilla and Fredericktown had just the chocolate, at both stores it was $11.96 for a 2lb container. Im going to walgreens in Farmington next week, if I find it there I'll be sure to let ya'll know. Have a great sunday!! Andrew

Deb: The Super Walmart in my hometown (Kennett, MO) doesn't have the ON products, but I buy mine at www.allstarhealth.com for $14.00 for a 2 pound container. This makes between 29-31 servings. At allstarhealth, their shipping charge is always $4.95 for your entire order. Funniest thing, I used to buy weightlifter's products there...before my body gave out on me. Their items are always fresh and in date. They ship very quickly too. I bought the Strawberry and Vanilla Ice Cream flavors, I have only tried the strawberry, but it was fantastic. Tastes like Strawberry Quick drink mix! I'd be curious to know how the "Fruit Punch" tastes, as I'd like a couple to mix with milk, and a couple that do well with jus****er. Anyone tried it? Sherr

Debbie... Creatine is for weight lifters who want to build and bulk.... most of the creatine products (shake blends) are pretty high in calories and even sugar grams so you would want to make sure that you get very adept at reading labels before you purchase something. Goodness knows it is confusing as all get out sometimes when you are in the store and reading all those labels! Elizabeth~

I got mine from supplementwarehouse.com, too. I love the Rocky Road and the Cookies n Cream. I haven't found it at the Wal-Mart SuperCenter in Sedalia yet. Maybe they'll get it soon. Linda
