Deana HI how are you doing??? Good to see you posting its been awhile since I last talked to you....Iam doing ok Not in the full liquid part of it yet.. I still have my cabbage soup left to finish off...BLECH ..lol its getting really old ....but Iam gradually drinking more of the liquids now......and chewing gum like Mellissa said to do..My jaws get really tried of chewing like crazy LOL ...................Craig Lee
