The other protein powder sounds pretty great except for the fact that they all say we can only obsorbe 30 grams at a time. so dont know that would do any good except we could divide it up into two drinks over a certain amount of time. I hope i still like the ON product after surgery because i really love it now. The Rocky Road is sooooooo good. Everyone should get what taste good to them because if it doesnt taste good some people wont use it and that wont help any at all. I just know this one i use dissolves with no grit and that is what i cant take on some of them at all , dont like the texture of them. but this you think you are just drinking flavored milk.
