New Water Flavorings...

Hi All, I found some new 'on the go' water flavorings at Wal-Mart. They are called Morning Spark and they are yummy! They say they are caffeinated drink mixes, but the caffeine is way low in the ingredients. They are sugar free, 0 fat, 0 sodium, 0 carbs, & 0 protein. But, they are 200% of your daily Vitamin C. They come in 4 flavors, Apple (tastes just like Apple Cider), Cranberry, Orange, and Ruby Red Grapefruit. Now, here's the kicker--I found them in the ground coffee aisle in the Sedalia Wal-Mart. I save my empty Crystal Light bottles, fill them with water, and add one of these packets to it, then shake! There are 10 packets in a box. The box is yellow and about the size of a juice box. The are great to throw in your purse and take with you if you prefer flavored water over just plain water, which I do! Just thought I'd pass this along. By the way, I got my ON order yesterday and boy is the Rocky Road yummy. Tomorrow for breakfast, I'm having Cookier and Cream. Can hardly wait! Have a great day... Linda :angel"
