Wayne Okay, I didnt even make it out of Springfield and Terry stopped at a gas station and bought me some milk. I guess-to-mated half of the cup you gave me with 6 oz of milk. All I can say is Yummy. I gave Terry and DJ both a sip and I thought they were gonna mug me for the rest of it. Needless to say I stopped at Food 4 Less before I left and bought my jug of it but I got strawberry this time. I really like strawberry milk and thought that it might taste like it. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. And if I didnt tell you before thank you. I will bring your cup back at July's meeting!!! I cant wait until morning to try the strawberry. Love ya Melissa

I have not tried the strawberry yet but I agree, the Rocky Road is awesome. Let me know how the strawberry tastes, I might try it next. Wayne

You all are so funny. At the meeting last night Wayne and I was talking about protein drinks (big discussions at meeting). Anyhow he let me try what he uses and it was realy yummy. It didnt have a bad after taste or anything. I got it at Food 4 Less for $24.99 It is called ON Instantized 100% Whey Gold Standard Dietary Supplement. My jug has 80 servings for 24.99 which I thought was really great. It has 110 calories, 1 gram of fat, 2 grams of carbs, and 24 grams of protein. Plus you mix it with 6 to 8 oz of milk to get 6 more grams of protein. Like I said it was really good. And when I had been killing myself to buy the 3.50 a day Isopure my wallet really likes me now!!! Okay now you know the secret. If your like me and you all would want to try it before you buy it. Heck if you and Wayne both say it taste good Im sure it does. What flavors does it come in? Wonder if they have a web site that you could buy it online. I will have to go all the way to Springfield to buy it we dont have a food 4 less. here. Maybe i can get up there in a few days and buy some and if i dont like it can give it to you all. lol. Jan

Is Springfield the only place to buy it? I will be in Sedalia in June and staying until July 17th. When I am in the States I like to stock up on protein drinks as they are so expensive here in Canada. I get to Sedalia about 4 times a year and could buy all my protein if I can find a Food 4 less somewhere between St Louis and Kansas City. Any one know of one, or somewhere else they might sell it?
