MY surgery Date!!

I got my surgery date aug 28th wooo hooo i was sick bad couldnt get out of bed yesterday with nasua and a horrible headache but in the middle of the day Margie called me and told me that i had to loose 35 lbs or they will cancel my date. so im going to loose the best i can. please pray that can can loose 35lbs before

Benny, Great news about date!!!! Glad to hear you are feeling better. Why do they put the stress on you that you have to lose 35 pounds. Is that so it does not have to be an open RNY? Hang in there and you can do it. Colette

Benny congratulations on the date. And I will be praying that you can lose the 35 lbs. I wonder if it is so you don't have to lose most of your stomach like I did. I lost some weight before surgery but I guess it wasn't enough. Anyway I will raise your weight concerns up to the lord and he will answer. Just be strong and hang in there. God Bless and Keep you. WoW thats great you have a date.I know you can take off 35 lbs..we can do all kinds of things if we know we will get some thing out of it..I wish they would of done that with my friend,she had surgery done and has not been doing good at all.I think if they would of made her take off a few lbs before surgery she could not of done it and they would of not done the surgery on her ... I know you can do it..I have to stop smoking so if I can you can, best of luck to you my friend.. Shelly -195
