Monday Posting

Well it is the first Monday in this month. So far our weather has been so much nicer than it was. I hate the awful heat. It rained here again yesterday just about a 1/4 inch enough to refresh the flowers and as Joe says make the grass grow (again). Brenda: are you feeling better this monrning? I hope so. I know how it is to have pain at night that you cant sleep well. We are both hoping that after surgery that it will help with the pain with less weight. David: Good luck tomorrow morning on your Pacemaker being put in. We will all be praying for you. Let us know how you are when you can. Jan Melissa: Are you putting up your pool today? Hey everyone POOL PARTY!!!!!! Craig: Hope you are feeling better.How are your eyes today? Have you made a Eye doctors appointment? Benny: Thanks for writting over the week end. Will be neat to see you at the meeting next monday. Colette: Yes I wish you could come to the meeting down here too. Maybe one day we will all load up and come up there for a meeting . lol How would you like that or just all come to your house and visit. Lia: My sister said that she talked to the nurse at St. Johns and that they said they should be getting their COE before too much longer. So hopefully for you that will be neat then. Elizabeth: Hope things are finally going better for you. Miss seeing you on here a lot. If I have missed anyone Im sorry, Lets start a new daily thread of anyone that wants to to post to this thread of what they did yesterday and I will recap it on the next day and we can keep it going ...Will get a little more action on the board that way. I am feeling some better, but as I'm sure you know the pain never goes away it's just real bad sometimes and other times it's more tolerable. I also have fibromyalgia and that's pretty painful too. But enough of the sob story about myself. "Boring " We didn't get any rain yesterday but it sure has been HUMID, since I have put on so much weight I can't take that humidity. I sweat profusly when everybody else is just right. I remember someone wrote that after surgery a person is cold alot, looking forward to it! Jan Good Morning errr I should say afternoon. We just got back from DH Dr.'s appointment. I have 2 loads of laundry to fold. DH is going over to his dad's house to get his car fixed. Were going to get our padding tonight after DH gets home. So we can put up our pool on Tuesday. YEA!!!!! Getting ready to change clothes so I can clean house. And get something to eat for lunch. Hmmmm what to have. Gonna make a grocery list so I can go get soem grocerys also. Didnt get any rain here this morning hopefully it will stay away for awhile so I can get some thing done in my yard. Hello everyone, I had my nutritionist appointment this noon. Not the Dr. Hodges nutritionist but the one my lovely insurance is sending me to as part of my six months pre-approval diet. Anyway, I liked her alot and she had great ideas and is already thinking about how I'll eat after surgery. I plan to come to the meeting next Monday night at St. John's right? It's at 5:30 or 6:00. Let me know for sure. I want to meet all of you in person. I feel as if I know you because I read your posts even when I don't reply. I am so very happy for all of you getting your surgery dates. You'll have lots of good info to share when my time comes up. Where is the woman from Nixa who used to kind of moderate the Missouri board? Did I miss something? Hi to all of you, Got home a little early from work and thought I would post. It is really humid here too. But that is Missouri. The stealths(bombers) just flew over our house . It amazes me to see them. We are not too far from Whiteman Air Force Base. I am tired from yesterday. Cleaned the garage and did some more planting in the garden. Now we have 24 tomatoe bushes. So you all may have to get tomatoes from me. Lol We are having lots of company as we are celebrating our 50th on June 10th. Our anniversary is the 11th on Sunday. Our kids are hosting it all on Sat. and they are having entertainment. I teased them that they are going to roast us. Have no idea what they are doing other than bbq outside and making all the food. They are holding it in town. I expect a lot of people besides family as my husband has been pastor in the area for 25 years and I have been a nurse for 20. The best thing is we will get to see all 6 kids and families at one time. this is rare as they live in 6 different states. So we are looking forward to it very much. Have a great day. Colette

Yes Iam making an appt. but they havent called back yet..My eyes are still the same. This weekend they were really bad, they even hurt.. My friend that is a Nurse Pract. said that he thought maybe it might be a virus....but don't know.....thanks for asking.......Craig Lee
