Back Home...
Well I'm back from Branson. We had a GREAT time getting away for a few days and were able to do a lot of differant things. We went swimming every day which was a blast. I hadent been swimming in a whole lot of years. We also spent the day at Celebration City and I was able to walk all day long and not get tired or have people wait for me to catch up. It was a great time but I am glad to be home. I had an appointment with my pcp to have my 6 month labs done and I have lost 90 pounds WOOHOO!!!!!! I have my 6 month appointment with my surgeon on june 15. I am hoping to have lost another 10 pounds by then. Well I hope everyone is doing good and taking care of themselves.

Wayne,
You have had days of wow moments here. This is all wonderful news. I am so happy for you. What an amazing weight loss you have had. I'm glad you had such a good time on your trip.
I just had my first colonoscopy today. They gave me drugs, and it was no big deal. The best news is that I am fine and don't have to schedule this fun for another 10 years. Yeah!!
They told me not to drive for 12 hours after because of the anethetic, so I am lounging at home and reading books. My idea of a perfect afternoon.
Linda
wow almost 100 . glad you had such a good time on your vacation.
I am planning on coming to the support meeting on the 12th . I need to get started coming .
Linda glad you are thru with the scope. Lots of fun huh? not too bad tho really.
I went swimming in the lake today or rather standing . I exercised in the water for about an hour . and Joe swam. I told him i need for him to make me go with him down there every day so i can get myself loosened up. These old stiff joints are for the birds.
