I got my consult appt!!!!
I am so excited. I got all of my paperwork filled out on line and e-mail Dena around the 7th of May to let her know it was done and what else I needed to do. Bless her heart she has been so busy, as I can tell from all your posts, I hadn't heard anything so I e-mail her back on the 14th and she said she hadn't had time, but would get to it. Then the 24th I e-mailed her again; she e-mailed a nice note and said to call and set up appointment. So I called today and he can see me next Wednesday at 3:30p.m. WOOHOO!! Now I have to have my psych eval and sleep study done too.
