WILL HAVE SURGERY SOMETIME IN AUGUST :)

I went to my appt. with DR Hornbostel and he accepted me as his patient and he said i will have my surgery sometime in august thats such great news ! also he wants me to loose 41 lbs for the hospital so they wont more less fuss lol and he said i should sail through the surgery.. made my day and all the back pain worth the trip lol and all the trips to come ,, also thanks for your prayers my car did fine. we got there about 2 hours too early so i went to k mart and got my dad a gift and my mom looked around also for some kind of dishes or for something for the kitchen who knows lol , love you all , love ben

Great Benny so did he give you a diet to go on or what? Im glad that he took you as a patient. So what did you think of him? Hes pretty cool i think. Anyway congradulations. your on your way. Jan

Jan he told me to follow the stage 4 diet in the gystric bypass folder he gave me. its a no concentrated sweets, high protein diet. i guess he means like to eat what foods are listed and dont over eat lol. wow ill be glad when i get the surgery so i can use it to help me.. but i think im gonna try that with no more than a 1000 calories. I hope i can do it ,41 lbs is alot in 2 to 3 months . he didnt say i had to loose he said he wanted me too that the hospitial would be happier and the surgery would be eaiser. to sail through lol so im gonna do my best! but i really like Dr H he is cool and he was very nice .
