Exercise
I really hate to exercise--it makes me sweat and I hate to sweat, but today I start my program with Curves. I know it's the best thing I can do, so I'll try to be upbeat about it. Besides, it only takes 30 minutes--surely it can't be that bad. Wish me luck and here I go. Sure hope I get a call today about a surgery date! Talk to you guys and gals after my sweat-out!

Im with you linda I dont like to sweat either. I thought I was just weird about that. And I like to get in the water. not to swim but to jump and bounce around. I do really good with water aerobics but I would have to go at least to Branson to be able to find a water aerobics place. I am thinking about getting one of the blow up pools but know I wouldnt know enough exercises to do it for an hour. LOL So in the meantime i will just walk. use weight when i walk , walk fast. swing my arms a lot take big steps. Jan
Well, I did my exercises. See that statement above that says "surely it can't be that bad."? Well, it's still exercise! However, it will be better every time I go. We don't have a place around here to do water aerobics either. I really thought of that first. But, this is the next best thing. They were right when they said it only takes 30 minutes. I was in and out in that time. I do feel better I must admit. The ladies that were there are about my age and maybe a little older. You don't have to compete with the "cute, little bomb shells"! I bet it will really help after the surgery to tone up and feel better. I have to get a note from Dr. H and give it to them that says I can't exercise for however long he thinks--that way they won't charge me for that time. Thanks for your support. It means a lot.
Bye for now,
Linda
