How well is your sight

Okay this was sent to me from a friend that knows I love to do triva puzzel sort of things. There are 2 photos that are almost identical to one another except there are 3 differences in one photo. Can you find the 3 differences. If I pasted this right it will play music in the background so make sure your sound is on. Good luck!!! Rofl or at least i was after i fell backwards out of the chair and hubby had to help me up. I figured it was something funny knowing you but when it came on with a nice picture i though ok i will look and was looking so hard. Not nice to scare old ladies like that. LOL Jan
