Good Morning Sweetie. Yes, I got home yesterday after 4pm. Stopped at the store. Came home unpacked and ate, watched wrestleing and crashed HARD and slept thro the night. This house that my sister got for the wedding was right on the lake. Down 15 steps and out 10 feet was the lake. I swam so much every part of my body hurt last night. But it was so nice to get into the water again.

Melissa The place where you were in Ark what lake was it on? We live on Bull Shoals of course here in Missouri but it runs down into Ark. too. Glad to have you home. When I got the phone call about my surgery date I couldnt wait to get home and get on the computer and tell all of you all. Im so excited. So how much weight did you lose. you didnt tell me. Swimming is great exercise. So next summer i will be able to do my exercise like that.
What are you al doing today? I am trying to convince my hubby to cut down this one big tree so we can put in a pool but havent gotten it done yet lol.
From Monday it will be 11 weeks and counting ....lol Jan

I lost 42 lbs in a month. I am offically under 400 lbs now!!!! . We were down in Cherokee Village, AR. The lake we was on was called Lake Thunder bird. BEATIFUL!!!!
Right now I just got out of the shower waiting for hubby to come home from garage saleing. And were headed back to Springfield, MO. We are getting a new nephew today. My neice called and they are induceing her labor today. So we are all meeting in Springfield at the hospital.

P.S. I loved the lake so much. I told hubby that when we buy another house it has to be on the lake. It was so peaceful and nice. Looking to go camping somewhere in MO while I have my nephew this summer.

You know we are trying to get the mobile home that is on our property fixed up for guest. Dont know when we will have it all done but when we get it done you are welcome to come visit . We live on the lake . not where you can see the lake but is just down the hill. would love to have you .
