Not sure what that is (I went to your web pages and saw it). But my father used to graft different color roses onto a rosebush so there were two colors on the bush. That kind of looks like what this is with cross polination between the yellow and pink roses. I doubt you can get another like it. Maybe you can get a start from that bush? I don't know much about roses if that is possible or not.

Wow! What a jewel of a rosebush! I have never seen one like it before- let me know if you find out what it is. Certainly it cant grow naturally that way- musta been tinkered with someway (??) My neighbor has a rosebush that I am seeing green over- I want one! It has bright pink inthe middle of the rose and the outer petals are buttery yellow- Im not real familiar with roses- but if I catch her outside, Im going to ask her what its called. It almost reminds me of the coloring pattern on some peonys- but its a rose for sure.
