high blood pressure

I went in this morning to my pcp to get my okay for surgery and my tsh level done. Well... She didnt like my blood pressure. it was 130/110 on my right arm and 140/100 on my left arm so she put me on a BP medication to help it. I have to go back in 2 weeks and if it has gone down enough she will okay me for surgery. So fingers crossed! Jai

Jai keep taking the meds and follow the regiment im sure it will go down with no trouble...I don't have high blood pressure but the last couple of times Ive went to the office it was a bit high ..I think it was me up walking that did it.....I'll pray for you also......Craig Lee

Craig, Thank you for your kind words. It is just one more step to getting where I need to be. Better to find out now and get it all under control then to find out during or after surgery. But I will do what I have to do and take the meds and watch my salt intake. Thanks again. Jai
