Support groups??

Do you know of any in IL or the downtown St Louis area?

I'm not from the St. Louis area but, I know that there are some support group meetings that are in hospitals in the area. I know there is one at DePaul hospital...and I don't know the date and time of it. I'm sure that St. Alexius also has one. The best thing to do is to maybe contact the hospitals/surgeons in the area and ask them about the meetings...or maybe someone in the St. Louis area will post some information that'll help you out. St. Alexius in St. Louis has support group meetings at their Jefferson campus. I believe they have one every Saturday (with a shrink) and one on the third Wednesday of each month. You can check out the hospital's website under the New Start Program, and it will list dates and times, topics to be covered, and which type of group it is (RNY, LapBand, nutritional meeting).
