Hi Jen!
Big thanks to you for taking your valuable time to do this again!! I'm not sure if I can make it or not, I think I'm pretty well wiped out of things to donate, but it sure was nice to meet some of you "Southerners"! I may come down to just visit and help if you need it Jen!!

Warm regards,
Heidi

Woot, good for you Julie!  4 lbs is not insurmountable, by any means.  And you will look HOT in your shorts and sleeveless!  Celebrate that!

Are you going to Disney?  If so, between all the walking and the price of the food there, you may get rid of those pesky 4 lbs after all.

I want a full report when you get back.  I am considering going to Disney in November to run the Wine & Dine Half-Marathon.  I have not been there before, so hopefully you can give me some tips.  Have fun!

Topic: Cambridge Images Support Group Meeting
Hi Everyone!
I just wanted to let everyone know I am going to be facillitating the Cambridge Images Support Group Meeting for at least the next year!
I am very excited to be able to have this opportunity! I can't wait to meet everyone, and I look forward to getting suggestions for future topics! We will be meeting tomorrow night (weather permitting) at 6:00pm in Dining room B @ Cambridge Hospital. This month's topic will be "Be Your Own Valentine" We'll talk about being kind and loving to ourselves, giving ourselves permission to be successful!

They are predicting our first major snowfall of the season to begin tomorrow. If it looks like the roads will be too dangerous to drive, this meeting will be rescheduled for Thursday, March 1st. I will create a new topic and update everyone if we have to change it tomorrow.

Due to a schedule conflict, we will now have our normal meetings the 4th THURSDAY of the month moving forward...so our normal meeting for March will be Thursday, March 22nd. Please feel free to leave comments here if you have suggestions for future meeting topics!

With warm regards,
Heidi

Well Renae,  I'm going to bite the bullet.  Iam up 4 lbs since my lowest. Been trying so very hard to get it off.  Not exercising very much but eating mostly good.  Ok, not perfect but prettty good. I want to say my body is just comfortable here but that just might be an excuse.  Maybe both.  My dh and I are going to Orlando next week and I've been trying for about a month to get these few lbs off but they are just not budging.   I will continue to try and I know at least I will look good in my shorts and sleeveless shirts.  White skin and all. I'm happy with my size 12 clothes compared to size 24 that I was the last time I went there.

Good morning, everyone!

Please feel free to join us in our Monday morning accountability reporting.  Doesn't matter if you want to post your weight or not, but Monday morning is a good time to take a moment to assess how you did for the past 7 days. On track?  Making progress?  Or making some poor choices?  This group loves you either way--just take a moment to honestly look at where you are today.

I'm doing pretty well this week.  Hanging onto last week's (finally!) loss and staying where I want to maintain, so that's good.

This weather is starting to sap my motivation, though.  I get those end-of-February blues, anybody else get those?  For a short month, February always seems like the longest month of the year.  Still cold, spring not quite in sight, and I'm tired of bundling up to go out for my run.  Don't worry, in July I'll be complaining about the heat,

Bottom line:
Starting weight: 298.4 lbs
Last week: 137.7 lbs
This week: 138.6
Gain of 0.9 lbs.  Nothing I'm worried about.

You're not going to join us??  Your exercise group could join up with us, too.

I think I just went on the website and followed the instructions for forming a group.  I can't remember exactly what I did, but it wasn't too hard.  You just have to give your group a name and a password, and then let everyone in your group know what it is so when they sign up, they can choose the group from a pull-down menu.

We'll still love you, even if you form your own group.

Good Morning!

Unfortunately, we were at BVL this week!  Rene and I were there and sure would have loved to see you. Next week we meet at Caribou is Byerly's. Don't know what my schedule is on Sat, but let me know if you are coming and if you are, I will see if I can't juggle a few things around to see my precious one!

Love, love, love you,

MM

I want to register, but what is the difference if you go with a team or individual?
