I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences at Meadowbrook with Dr. DeMattia and her staff, and the nutritionists and then my surgery with Dr. Jones on January 13th of this year. The only weird snafu was that they originally told me 6 months of NUT visits and such then I found out that MY PARTICULAR insurance did not require it or even cover more than 3 LIFETIME NUT visits. So I had my surgery 3 months early. Yippee!
But yah, I really like how they take care of me. Shareen is my favorite NUT too.
We would LOVE to see you on Saturdays! We are an informal group; there are no leaders, nor topics. Just show up, start talking and see where it leads. I always leave feeling focused, knowledgeable and sometimes leave with clothing or food samples. We love to share! The group alternates between Panera at the BVL mall and the Caribou in the Eagan Byerly's. We meet at 8:30 am on Saturday mornings for about an hour. Feel free to come and leave when time permits.
Here is a meeting schedule for March:
03/03 - Eagan
03/10 - BVL
0317 - Eagan
03/24- BVL
03/31 - Eagan
I try and write the alternating days on my calendar, for I have been known to show up at the wrong location! Unfortunately, I will be unable to meet you in Eagan this Saturday, but look forward to seeing you in BVL on the 10th!
Welcome!

I live in Shakopee/Prior Lake and today at my 9 month appt. Liz my nutritionist gave me information on your group. I am looking at being involved with a group. I had surgery last May and would like to get more information about your meeting times and places and if you are allowing more people to come. Thank you!

I'm canceling tonight's Cambridge Images Meeting for tonight and moving it to Thursday, March 1st at the same time and place. I've been watching the weather, trying to gather what we're in for, but the bottom line is, the weatherman doesn't know how this is going to track and what we'll ultimately get. I'm not so worried for folks going there, but the weather sounds like it could get nastier in the evening when we leave to go home. I hope I'm being overly cautious and everyone is safe tonight on the roads! I hope everyone can make it Thursday...I am very excited to meet you all!
Stay warm and dry,
Heidi
For the most part, I seem to stay about 130, which by my Surgeons figures is a loss of 100% of my body fat. My mirror says different, but I cannot trust this brain. I mean, it didn't think I was fat at 294, and so NOW it's telling me I am fat? I feel good. That is what counts.
If I honestly answer the questions, they all get a Yes/No - and that is far too ambiguous for even me!
I have a cold and can't figure out if I am retaining fluid or what, so it is time to be diligent in tracking to see if I am fooling myself. Good/Bad News: The snow is coming and I shovel = more activity!
Bottom Line:
SW: 294
Last Week: 130.2
This Week: 132.2
Loss/Gain: +2.0
Total Amount: -161.8 (That's the number that keeps me focused/motivated!)
